1. About caro,
caro, is a stationery brand operated by Caro Stationery Ltda. Our products are printed on demand in the United Kingdom via Prodigi and sold worldwide on a wholesale basis through carostationery.com.
2. Wholesale eligibility
The caro, website is a wholesale platform for trade accounts only. By applying for a trade account, you confirm that you are a registered business purchasing for retail resale, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Orders and payment
All orders placed through carostationery.com are subject to acceptance by caro,. Once an order is confirmed, we issue an invoice via Wise. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date by bank transfer. Orders enter production only upon payment receipt. The minimum order is 10 units per design.
4. Prices
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and exclude shipping, unless otherwise stated. caro, reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of your purchase.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated in real time by Prodigi at the point of order and are the responsibility of the buyer. caro, ships worldwide. Estimated production time is 1–2 business days; delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch depending on destination. Tracking is provided for all orders.
6. Returns and cancellations
Because each card is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@carostationery.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
All content on carostationery.com — including card designs, typography, photography, copy, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of caro, and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission. Stockists may use approved product images for retail display purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, caro, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of carostationery.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will always display the date of the most recent update below.
