Orders & payment
How can I pay for my order?
All orders are invoiced via bank transfer using Wise. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you an invoice directly — simple, secure, and with no hidden fees.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each card is printed on demand — meaning nothing is produced until your order arrives — there is a short window in which we can make changes. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Once an order has entered production, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
We don't process card payments on our site. All orders are paid via bank transfer through a Wise invoice sent directly to you. This means your card details are never entered on carostationery.com — there is nothing to compromise.
In which currencies can I pay?
All prices on carostationery.com are in euros (€). We issue invoices via Wise, which supports bank transfers in over 40 currencies — including GBP, USD, BRL, MXN, and many more.

Shipping
Where do you ship to?
caro, ships worldwide. Our cards are printed and fulfilled from the UK. If you are somewhere in the world and would like to receive a letter that deserves paper, we can almost certainly reach you.
How long does delivery take?
Each card is printed to order on Mohawk Fine Papers 324gsm. Once production is complete — typically within 24 hours — your order ships. Worldwide tracked delivery takes approximately 72 hours from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the printer.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent with tracked shipping. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey.

The cards
What paper are the cards printed on?
Every caro, card is printed on Mohawk Fine Papers 324gsm — a weight that communicates intention before a single word is read. The surface has a subtle texture that takes ink beautifully, whether you write with a fine-liner or a fountain pen.
Are the cards blank inside?
Yes, always. The card begins the sentence — and only you know how it ends. Every caro, card is presented blank inside, with an envelope included.
Are the cards available in English and Spanish?
Yes. The complete trilogy is available in both English and Spanish, with a regional México adaptation available for wholesale orders. We believe some feelings express themselves differently depending on the language they live in.
What is print on demand and why does caro, use it?
Print on demand means each card is produced only when an order is placed — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. For caro,, this was a deliberate choice: no overstock, no waste, and the same quality every time. It also allows us to produce small editions thoughtfully, and to add new cards to the collection without committing to large print runs.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Because every card is printed individually to order, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will always make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a photograph of the issue.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at concierge@carostationery.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Trade & wholesale
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
All prices on carostationery.com are wholesale prices. caro, operates exclusively as a trade brand — every order, from the first pack of 10 to the complete trilogy, is placed at wholesale rate. The minimum order is 10 units per design.
How does payment work for trade orders?
Trade orders are invoiced via local IBAN bank transfer in your preferred currency — available in over 40 currencies. This makes it simple for stockists in different markets to settle payments without currency conversion fees. Net-30 terms are available for established accounts.
Can I request the trade catalogue?
Of course. Our trade catalogue is available upon request and includes pricing, display guides, and the full trilogy overview. Request it on our Trade page and we'll be in touch within one business day.
